CLARKSVILLE, IN (December 20, 2022) – A former Clarksville Police Officer appeared before the Town Council to be recognized for her contributions to the Southern Indiana community. Penny Smith served the Town of Clarksville for more than 30 years, first as a Police Officer from 1991-2012, then as a Police Records Clerk from 2012-2022.

During the Town Council meeting, the Council voted unanimously to approve Resolution 2022-R-38, recognizing Penny Smith for her years of service.
