Capital Project Manager
The Capital Project Manager is responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of capital projects. This position will work with the Clarksville Town Council, Clarksville Redevelopment Commission, the Economic Development Commission, and various Town Departments to carry out the duties of this position. This role is under the direction of the Economic Development Director.

Utilities Director
The position of Utilities Director is responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of Wastewater projects and Stormwater utilities in conjunction with various departments and committees. This position also provides oversight to the staff of the Wastewater billing office, Wastewater Treatment Plant, and Stormwater. This role must possess the ability to manage time effectively and possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
