The Human Resources Department works with each department and the Board of Police and Fire Commissions to ensure fair hiring, promotion and disciplinary practices throughout the Town of Clarksville government employment. The Department administers and handles recruitment, training, hiring, assignment evaluation, career development, benefits, and retirement programs.
The Department oversees all employee benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, short-term disability, unemployment, workers’ compensation, FMLA, and the Town’s property/casualty insurance.
Applications for Employment are accepted continuously in the Human Resource office by email, mail, or in person.
