CLARKSVILLE, IN (February 2, 2024) – Riverside Drive will be closed to through traffic between Ashland Park and the eastern Town limits beginning on Monday, February 5, 2024. This closure allows crews to construct the Riverside Drive enhancement project that will upgrade storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and water facilities, will provide pedestrian and bicycle amenities, and will reconstruct the roadway pavement.

The closure will likely remain in effect through November 20, 2024. The detour for this closure is Winbourne Avenue, Clark Boulevard, South Clark Boulevard, Missouri Avenue, West Market Street, to Southern Indiana Avenue. A map of the detour route is below.
