TEN20 Craft Brewery Celebrates Ribbon Cutting in South Clarksville

CLARKSVILLE, IN (January 26, 2024) – TEN20 Craft Brewery is celebrating a new milestone with the opening of its first location in Southern Indiana.  Local officials, council members, and local residents packed the new south Clarksville brewery as it cut the ribbon on its new location at 1400 Main Street.  Located near the Ohio River and just down the street from the historic Colgate clock, TEN20’s new location is at the center of Clarksville’s new downtown area, and town officials say this is just the beginning.

TEN20 offers various draft beers and craft beer to-go.

“Recently the Town of Clarksville began the process of applying to the State of Indiana to create a riverfront district in our new downtown area,” said Communications Director Ken Conklin.  “If approved, the town government would have the ability to issue a select number of liquor licenses to breweries, wineries, or restaurants in the immediate area.  This will make the process simpler and more attractive to business owners and restaurateurs.”

Although TEN20 had to go through the normal application process for its license, it seems it was all worth it in the end.  TEN20’s Clarksville location has only been open for a week and owner Jim McGuire says they’ve had a great start so far.  The excitement could be seen in the number of resident, local officials, and business owners who attended the ribbon cutting event to show their support.  The ribbon cutting event hadn’t even started yet before someone was visiting the bar.

“Over the course of a few short years, TEN20 Craft Brewery has become one of our region’s most popular breweries,” said Town Council President Ryan Ramsey. “We could not be happier that they have chosen downtown Clarksville for their fourth location.”

TEN20’s Clarksville location is a comfortable and attractive place to enjoy a great beverage, but also a place for great eats.  TEN20 teamed up with MozzaPi which offers artisan-style pizzas for visitors to the craft brewery who may get hungry.  Those who attended the ribbon-cutting couldn’t stop discussing how delicious the pizza and fresh crust tasted.  The perfect companion for a great brew.
