CLARKSVILLE, IN (April 21, 2022) – The Clarksville Town Council is taking new action to make sure local rental properties are kept in good working order for local residents. During Tuesday’s regularly scheduled Council meeting, the Clarksville Town Council voted 7-0 in favor of the program created by Clarksville Building Commissioner Rick Barr.
Commissioner Barr says he has been working on the creation of the program for several years, and it took many revisions to get the program approved by the Town Council. One of the main issues was making sure that the program stayed within the regulations set by the State of Indiana.
