A familiar Clarksville favorite is getting a new home.

Construction is moving along on the new Texas Roadhouse location, and for many residents, the progress is especially exciting because of the restaurant’s longstanding connection to Clarksville.

Clarksville is proud to be the home of the very first Texas Roadhouse, which opened here in 1993. What began as a single restaurant in our community went on to become a nationally recognized brand, making Clarksville an important part of the company’s history.

More than 30 years later, Texas Roadhouse is continuing that story by investing in a new building right here in Clarksville.

The new location represents more than just a move. It is another sign of continued investment in our community and a reminder of the businesses that have grown alongside Clarksville over the years.

As construction continues, residents are already looking forward to seeing the finished restaurant and welcoming Texas Roadhouse into its new home.

And, of course, we can almost smell the honey cinnamon butter and warm rolls already.
