CLARKSVILLE, IN (June 26, 2022) – A small section of Clarksville’s Randolph Avenue will be closed for about four weeks beginning on Sunday, June 26. The section is located between Carter Avenue and Washington Street, near Clarksville Elementary School. Construction crews needed to shut the street down in order to install a new sanitary sewer. Clarksville Utility Director Brittany Montgomery says the street will be re-opened before school starts.
