CLARKSVILLE, IN (March 7, 2022) – A long-empty lot in the heart of Clarksville will soon become home to hundreds of new residents. Form G Breaks Ground on New Multi-Family Development in Clarksville

On Thursday, March 17, 2020, representatives from Form G and the Town of Clarksville, will celebrate the groundbreaking on a new fifteen-acre multi-family residential community called The Bend, which will be located at 1925 Greentree Boulevard in Clarksville. The event will begin at 2 p.m.

Plans for the community call for a total of 312 Class A contemporary apartments, consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, a clubhouse with a fitness center, meeting/lounge area, a full-scale kitchenette, a gift-wrapping station, table games, and a cover patio by the pool. Other onsite amenities include a playground, garages, dog park, soccer field, shared garden area and outdoor classroom. The apartments will have an open floor plan with 9 ft. ceilings, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and balconies. Property Management will begin pre-leasing before the anticipated completion date of Fall 2024.

Form G Founder and President, Eric Goodman, a 25-year veteran in land development and construction management, has built a company that sprang onto the Southern Indiana scene in 2015. Since that time, the company has successfully worked on developments spanning across the nation including build-to-suit and retail jobs for Fresenius Medical, Verizon Wireless and Edward Jones. Form G has also been honored in Varco Pruden’s Hall of Fame for the construction of Cunningham Campers’ new facility, as well as being the general contractor for The Gallery at America Place, which was awarded Most Innovative Project in Louisville Business First’s 2019 Commercial Real Estate Champions.

The completion of their Gateway Crossing project, a $20M mixed use development, marked the first apartment project in the Town of Clarksville in over 30 years. The Form G team is particularly interested in serving the community by improving the quality of life and setting the bar for future developments since they call Clarksville home. By 2024, Form G will have invested $80M+ in residential and commercial developments in the town and has no plans of slowing down.
