CLARKSVILLE, IN – The COVID-19 pandemic forced the cancellation of the Town of Clarksville’s annual Independence day concert, but the event will be back. Concert organizer and Clarksville Town Councilman John Gilkey says he hopes to bring the concert back in 2022. Unfortunately, COVID related issues caused problems when it came to finding a location to practice and hold the event. Although the event could not be held this year, the Town of Clarksville would like to share a video of the latest concert, held in July 2019.
