CLARKSVILLE, IN (October 23, 2024) – Platform Real Estate Group and Clarksville Town officials broke ground today on Platform Park at I-65 North. The new industrial park will consist of five industrial facilities totaling 1,124,000 leasable square feet. The park is located on Appleleaf Lane in Clarksville, just off exit 7 on I-65. Phase one of construction is already underway.

Town Manager Kevin Baity and District 5 Councilman Bob Stotts represented the Town of Clarksville at the exciting groundbreaking event.

Phase one of Platform Park will represent 336,000 square feet, including a cross-dock facility featuring 29 loading docks, a 185-foot truck court, and a 36-foot clear height. The site offers 65 tractor-trailer spaces, and 252 current employee parking spaces, with plans for an additional 154 in the future. It will also include 6 exterior galvanized steel staircases and 3 ramps with sectional doors for vehicular access.
