The Town of Clarksville implemented an adjustment to wastewater and stormwater rates beginning January 1, 2026. The updated rates apply to both residential and business customers and are reflected on bills issued after that date.

For residential customers, the minimum single-family stormwater rate is $9.05 per month. The minimum wastewater charge covers the first 2,000 gallons of use and is $24.80. Any wastewater usage above 2,000 gallons is billed at $1.24 per 100 gallons. The minimum combined monthly bill for wastewater and stormwater service for a single-family residence is $33.85. Customers located outside of town limits are subject to a 12% surcharge on wastewater charges.

For business customers, the minimum stormwater rate is a $3.85 flat fee, plus $5.20 for every 2,527 square feet of impervious surface. The minimum wastewater charge is $24.80 for the first 2,000 gallons, with additional usage billed at $1.24 per 100 gallons. The minimum combined monthly wastewater and stormwater bill for businesses is also $33.85, with a 12% surcharge applied to wastewater charges for out-of-town users.

Customers are reminded that wastewater bills are due by the 15th of each month. Any unpaid balance after that date is subject to a 10% late penalty, as prescribed by Indiana Code 36-9-23-31. The Town also assesses a fee for returned payments. Failure to receive a bill does not excuse payment or penalties.
