CLARKSVILLE, IN (September 9, 2022) – To find Clarksville’s newest restaurant, you have to travel to the Town’s northernmost border. Hunter Station Pizza Company hosted a grand opening ceremony Friday afternoon with dozens of residents, supporters, and Town officials from two different communities.
Located at 210 Hunter Station Road, the new restaurant is located in Clarksville but also extremely close to the Sellersburg community. During the opening event, Clarksville District 5 Councilman A.D. Stonecipher talked about how this new restaurant has created excitement in two communities who are very accustomed to working together. Stonecipher says he and his family are just as excited to try the pizza at Hunter Station Pizza. Stonecipher was joined at the event by Councilwoman Jennifer Voignier and Councilman Mike Mustain.
The Sellersburg community also attended the event to show their support, including several student athletes and coaches from Silver Creek Schools. They presented Hunter Station Pizza’s owners with a Silver Creek jersey as a welcome gift. Councilmen Scott McVoy and Terry Langford attended the event as representatives of the Town of Sellersburg. Langford said although he can’t welcome Hunter Station Pizza to the Town of Sellersburg, he was very happy to welcome them to the community.
Hunter Station Pizza Company’s hours of operation will be Sunday-Thursday (11:00am-10:00pm) and Friday-Saturday (11:00am-11:00pm).
