Request for Proposals – Camp Joe Holt Art Installation
The Clarksville (Indiana) Historic Preservation Commission and Arts Commission are seeking proposals for the creation of an artistic rendering of the story of Camp Joe Holt, a Union base in Clarksville during the Civil War. This installation may be in any medium but should be appropriate for outdoor placement.
Proposals are due by June 16th, 2025.
