Previously held elected office: District 3 Town Council – 1 Term

Why did you decide to run for this office?
“I saw an opportunity to make a difference in Clarksville, and I wanted to give back to a community that has given so much to me and my family.”

What do you believe is the biggest challenge facing the Town of Clarksville, and what would you do to address it if elected?
“The greatest challenges facing our town today revolve around the safety and stability of our citizens and neighborhoods, including: maintaining town services and addressing the imbalances that currently exists between rental and resident-owned property. The citizens of Clarksville deserve no less than safe neighborhoods and well-planned housing. I will continue to collaborate with the residents of our town as we work toward making improvements in each of these issues.”

What are your goals for the office?
“To continue to make life the best that it can be for the citizens of Clarksville through public services, economic development and overall quality of life.”

What experience do you have that makes you the best candidate for the position?
“My educational background, management experience throughout my career, and four years of leadership on the Town Council.”

What do you think is the most important skill someone needs to fill the office you are running for?
“To have the wisdom to listen to all sides of each issue and the ability to make tough decisions on behalf of the Town.”

What distinguishes you from your opponent?
“Four years of experience in Town Council leadership.”

If there was one thing that you could change about the Town of Clarksville, what would it be?
“Clarksville is a community with great potential, and working together, we can keep Clarksville moving in the right direction!”
