Departments - Human Resources
The Human Resources Department
administers and maintains human resources program areas, including written policies
and procedures and coordinates program areas with other departments, including
recruiting, selection, training, and separation of personnel. The department assures
compliance with Town policies and procedures, and state and federal laws.
Insurance benefits are also administered through this department.
